I offer 1:1 health and lifestyle coaching that is tailor made to you and your needs. We will take a deep dive into all areas of your life in order to understand what might be holding you back from having the health and life that you want. From there, we will take aligned action towards your goals. Don’t know what your goals are? Don’t worry, this is something we can work out together.

Our sessions will be 1 hour long.

We will meet virtually via a video call.

You can choose between having sessions every 1 or 2 weeks.
